How to create an original song in under a minute

You don’t need a studio or a clever prompt diary. On Pocket Song (iOS) you set a few things that regular humans understand, hit create, and hear a new track — not a catalog clip.
“Under a minute” is the promise of the flow, not a stopwatch lawsuit. Some generations take longer when the network is busy. The product goal is still: finish a take before you lose the idea.
The loop
- Choose — mood, genre, language, voice, length (topic optional).
- Create — wait for the track.
- Listen — all the way if you can.
- Share or keep it in History for later.
That’s it. No mixer homework.
If you’re stuck on the first screen
Start with mood. Everything else is wardrobe. Happy + pop is a safe first combo if you truly don’t care. Chill + lo-fi if you want background. Romantic + soft pop if it’s a gift and soft is honest.
Language = who you’re talking to, not what’s trendy. Voice is casting — try one, don’t audition twelve.
First try should be boring on purpose
Leave topic empty. Don’t invent a concept album. Listen. Then add a one-line topic if the track needs a person or place in it.
